Resolve on-floor technical issues and maintain milling tools (end mills, drills, etc.). Assist supervisor with production troubleshooting and analysis. Handle new product prototyping and report tooling needs.

Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Maintain and repair all production equipment and facility electrical systems. Assist technicians in debugging new or overhauled machinery. Install and maintain electrical circuits to ensure safety and reliability.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily equipment checks.
Set up machines for product changeovers, produce first articles, and submit inspection sheets to QC.
Assist team lead in meeting production targets.
Conduct first-article and in-process quality inspections.
Guide trainees in proper part fixturing and self-inspection.
Report production issues to technicians promptly.
Maintain equipment and 5S standards.
Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or above.
Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.
3+ years of CNC metal machining experience.
Basic coordination ability and teamwork spirit.
